With 25 years of experience in the nursing field, I've had the privilege of caring for patients across a diverse range of specialties. From the fast-paced environment of the ER to the joyful moments in Labor & Delivery, and from the unique needs of Pediatrics to providing comfort through IV infusions, my journey has instilled in me a deep passion for patient care and a comprehensive understanding of health and wellness.

With 26 years of nursing experience, Holly McVey is a seasoned healthcare professional who is passionate about helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Holly’s extensive background spans ER/Trauma, Labor & Delivery, Women’s Health, Pre-op Surgery, Infusion Nursing, and Aesthetics. Since 2019, Holly has specialized in health and wellness, combining her clinical expertise with a holistic approach to care.
At Bluebonnet Health and Wellness, Holly provides neurotoxin injections, weight-loss injections, IV therapy, and personalized wellness treatments. She is dedicated to seeing each patient as a whole and believes in customizing treatment plans to fit individual needs. Holly values collaboration, encouraging clients to share their goals and feedback to create a truly tailored experience.
Holly finds fulfillment in working in an outpatient, preventative, and restorative setting, helping clients feel great both inside and out. Her favorite part of nursing is walking alongside patients on their wellness journeys, whether through aesthetic treatments or customized IV blends that enhance vitality and confidence.
When she’s not at work, Holly enjoys reading, traveling, watching sports, and spending quality time with her kids and family. She is inspired by Robin Williams’ quote: “You treat a disease, you win, you lose….you treat a person, I guarantee you win no matter the outcome.”
